Introduction

High-pressure decisions often determine organisational resilience, financial performance, and stakeholder confidence. Executives are expected to make timely decisions despite incomplete information, competing priorities, uncertainty, and significant consequences. This five-day course develops practical decision-making skills for high-pressure environments.
